Faulty and Fire risk
Based on Price thought I was getting a decent product but they are sadly sub standard, Instruction sheet in German not English....one unit over heated after less than a week use, and melted the plastic on docking station then failed....inferior batteries used so avoid at all costs.... Item returned through the excellent Amazon Service.

Great product for us
We have a two story home. This works perfectly for us with an elderly individual needing to contact us for help being mobile. Very easy to use and set up.

Dont buy this
Battery fully charged only holds less then a day, sound quality is terrible. Connecting the 2 devices doesn't stay connected it drops. They are worse than cheap walkie talkies.

At first the item was working well
The first week or two the walkie Talkie was working well and now it has interuptions or it will not connect. We are have the identical channels and volume is up, but at times the connection is not.
