Very Good Smell and test. Stay slurry in all temperatures. Never got solidified like others. Overall good quality.

I initially thought that it was genuine ghee but read somewhere that it contains wax or adulterants. I observed the following: ● Even at room temperature when placed in palm, it does not melt completely even after 5 minutes. Other Branded ghee available in market is in melted form whereas Barosi ghee is solid even at 33°C. ●When placed in water, it forms spherical bead shape. ●Does not melt easily even in warm water, raising chances of adulteration. ●When burnt, gives a yellow flame and a black solid residue. ●When container is opened, gives the aroma of ghee, but when burnt, there is no aroma of ghee I have attached the images and I feel it is adulterated.

Ghee is valued for its aroma but this brand lacks the expected fragrance.

Really good quality product but please don't destroy your quality in future when your brand grows like other brands.
