Product Description Review: Nice Features - Nice looking bag. Received compliments right away. A bit heavier than I expected but I do carry a lot of things which it accomodates. Wish the handles were just a bit longer as they won't go around your shoulders in a bulky winter coat. A bit stiff at first especially to get into the outside pockets but gets easier with use. The threads on the top handle loose after only a couple of months heavy use but that might be from trying to force it over my coat. Good value nonetheless. Review: Awesome - Daughter in law loved it
