Would this paper be good for marking clothes patterns with a colored pen & then cut out?

Yes! It is about the weight and feel of traditional tag oak. I've a degree in apparel design and have used this paper for sloper design and garment design. I use skirt hangers to hang the heavy patterns in my workroom closet. Hope this helped.
