Love the original fascia blaster, but the handle on the mini is great!
I have been dealing with sore, tight muscles for years (legs, back, etc). For years, I have used foam rollers, foam roller balls, gua sha stones, & nothing really effectively released the tension. Then, I ended up with post-surgical abdominal adhesions after a supposedly minimally invasive surgery. I ended up getting incredibly painful charley horse type painful spasms in my lower ab region. I had to go to specialized PT where the therapists used various tools (gua sha stones, etc) in addition to very aggressive (& painful) manual therapy that left me with bruises almost every time. Then, I saw a video re: the fascia blaster & was intrigued by it. I bought it right away. What a game changer! Itโs so much easier than foam rolling & is more effective & takes much less time than foam rolling. I do it on my stomach, legs (thighs, front & back & sides), calves, glutes (as best I can). I donโt like to use oil b/c it can be messy, so I either do it in the shower on wet skin or over clothes (sweatpants, cotton t/shirt) & itโs just as effective. Does it hurt? Yes. It does hurt if you do it hard enough, but foam rolling also really hurts, & is physically grueling when you have to hold your entire body weight on your hands. With the fascia blaster, you have to put enough pressure to release the tight muscles/adhesions/etc. For me, if I donโt use enough pressure, it will not work. So, I do it aggressively, it does hurt, but the more you work the area, the pain lessens until the pain goes away. I feel GREAT afterwards. I bring any number of the fascia blaster variations to any massage that I go to. The massage therapists love them, & for me, the massage is more effective. The massage therapists particularly like the mini because of the handle. It helps to access hard to reach areas. I recommend watching a you tube video to see techniques on using it. Love all the fascia blasters!

Too early to tell...but so far so good!
Even though FasciaBlasters have been around for years, this was my first time trying one. This Mini-1 was the perfect one to start with. I used it lightly (since I didn't have any of the smaller tools) to warm up the skin and then less lightly as my skin was able to tolerate it. Additionally, the tip end has the nugget which helps to "poke and wiggle" to relieve tight spots. Great product. Have only been using for about 2.5 weeks, but can already feel some of my tight, painful areas relax...particularly my thighs.

Cool thing
Came as expected. Been using for about 3 weeks. Has already helped with pain in my ankles from i don't know, i guess facia since it worked. Meanwhile, was able to work out a cellulite dimple in my thigh already. Some bruising which i expected in my thighs once i used harder pressure which i probably should have waited to use a few more times softer till my body adjusted to this process which I did not realize. Should have watched more of the Youtube videos first. The videos are really helpful. Does take time and work but worth it so far. Did also purchase the larg blaster and face blaster with are worth it as well.

Seems to work
I like that it is small and gets to hard to reach places. It seemed to reduce cellulite afterward, I haven't used it long term so I can't say for sure, but in the few times I've used it. My boyfriend could tell a difference.

I'm very happy with this product.
This is the first product I've used for my cellulite, and it's awesome. Although it's easy to use, I'm not able to use it every day due to the nerve damage in my hands, but it doesn't seem to require daily use to achieve results. The scented oil is soothing, and it's nice to not smell medicinal. I'm very happy with this device and would advise everyone to have one.

Dumbest thing Iโve ever purchased
Before you waste your money or time, do what I did not do. Take the time to read the stories about the class action lawsuits against the company that makes these fascia blasters. Also, find the groups on Facebook that share the many adverse affects doing fascia blasting has. The product is a cheap piece of hard plastic made in China. I feel really stupid for buying this. Thank you Amazon for your great return policy.

Finally something to heal my neck pain!
I was in a bad car wreck over 4 years ago. Iโve been in treatment with chiropractor, acupuncturist, traction, daily physical therapy, had to quit my dental career due to the pain.....finally something that is making a significant difference in my healing! Blasting almost every day since November, neck pain is reduced drastically, have not had one headache which is incredible! Iโve had chronic TMJ headaches since I was 14 years old. Blasting has changed my life for the better!

The best there is
These are the best products on the market for fascia release. I recommend them to all my friends and family. This one is small and easy to travel with so you can hit all areas you may need while traveling.

This is the final piece in my fasciablaster collection. They really all do have place. I find this one useful for doing the upper back and shoulder area which are difficult to reach with some of the other blasters
