This milk powder is more granular than powdery. It dissolves quickly with no lumps or undissolved bits left behind. It doesn't foam up or get frothy when water is added. The flavor is very good.

I primarily use it to make bread in my bread machine, however I did make some to drink the other day and I did like the taste (especially when it’s cold.) The instructions were vague. Some simple calculations are needed if you are going to make anything over a cup at a time. The price was “okay.” So a quick recap… Pros: .•Tastes good (especially for skim milk) Best served cold. • Cost-just “okay.” • Great for use in bread machine (if the recipe calls for powdered milk of course.) •Decent “best by” date. •Made in the U.S.A. Cons: •Price while “okay” I can find others cheaper locally, but good in a pinch. •Vague instructions •Came in an oversized bag, which made me question if I was getting the correct amount, which I verified by using a scale that I was. I would buy it again.

Often I add powedered milk without reconstituting it before adding it to a very hot beverage. I add drink coffee that is about 200 F. Most other powdered milk clumps. Not so with this product.

Good taste. Lasts me about a week for for 2 cups.
