are these made in the united states?

No. This listing is inaccurate. It states country of origin is the USA, but the product is manufactured in Mexico. The listing is fraudulent.

Tracking said the package was delivered but we did not receive anything... What can I do?

Blood hounds are excellent trackers

what is the min dia hole that one handle will fit into? I carry my loper vertically on my Polaris Ranger in one of the bed 1.40" holes

1-5/8" minimum, and that might be a tight fit... 1-3/4" to 2" would be best! These are great lopers!

How long do the blades last? Are they replaceable?

This tool's cutting edges should last for years - as long as the tool is not abused, the cutting edges are lightly sharpened or stoned occasionally, and the tool's cutting head is cleaned after each use, then lubricated with a light grease.
