They are made of 18/8 stainless steel.

Do the lids for these fit the pint tumblers as well

The lid only fits on both sizes of the wine tumblers.

Are the edges on the opening rolled or sharp?

This and rolled. Not at all sharp. They also come with plastic lids with an open sippy hole and an easy off tab. We're very pleased with them and would buy them again, but it looks like they will last forever.
