Great Bath Mat - No Slipping
Very happy with purchase. I bought this bath mat several months ago so it has had a lot of use. It has never slipped in my shower. I've had no problems with mold or mildew. It drains very well and dries quickly. The mat feel very sturdy when wet and has a nice feel on bare feet. I don't worry about slipping at all. And it still looks great after a lot of use! Great mat for the price!

Thus far, I LIKE THIS!
I have a textured bathtub. I thought it would be safer/more secure than a non-textured tub, but - I was SO wrong. When wet, with suds and hair conditioner and other bath soaps flowing over it, it's just as slick as any other tub. Standard bath mats with suction cups do not work because of the texturing - they can't get an airtight seal - so I went with Secopads. I loved them for 2 years but I had to keep replacing them because, while their adhesion was excellent (I never had one come up - ever), those same texture channels would let soap scum run underneath the Secopads. Since I always bought the clear ones, you could SEE the scum and dirt buildup under the pads - and the clear ones also yellowed. After replacing the Secopads and realizing that my 62-year-old knees hated that process, I decided to try this mat. I've only used it once thus far, and I will update it as the product ages, but initial impressions are VERY favorable. After scrubbing the tub of leftover scum residue from the Secopads, I placed this in the tub and took a shower - the pad never moved, it's VERY comfortable to stand on and it appears that it's pretty easy to rinse off. I have a hand-held shower head and once I get out of the shower I pick up the pad, roll it in a loose circle, and spray it down once more. After that I stand the rolled-up pad up against the side of the tub, letting it drain as I dry off the shower surround and the shower doors, then I spread the towel I used to dry the shower off over the doors to dry, unroll the mat and place it over the towel. I roll the mat and the towel together to remove more water from the mat, then I move the mat away from the now wet towel and let the both dry. My bathroom has a window that I leave open a bit so the fresh air helps the mat and towel dry quickly. lt took longer to type that out than it does to actually do the steps. I will buy a spray bottle and fill it with a weak bleach solution; I'll use that on the mat once a week or so before hanging it up to dry, as I've read that some of these do begin to get a tad moldy after a while (though I think that letting it dry as I've described will help inhibit some of that). But I feel quite secure in the shower while using this, and the 17x30 size is more than adequate for a standard size tub. I will update this with further comments as it wears. In the meantime, I also use a pet hair sticky paper roller on the top of the mat to remove loose hair - thus far that seems help a lot. UPDATE as of August 2022 - The mat is holding up well, with no signs of mold; I do lightly mist it with a bleach solution once every couple of weeks but I'm not sure it needs it, give the ventilation in my bathroom and the fact that I roll it up in the towel and squeeze it as dry as possible. Good purchase!

Reasonably priced, well-draining, semi-soft bathtub/shower mat. No slipping. 5 stars for now.
Review of Non-Slip Bathtub Mat, 17x 30 Inch, Shower Mats for Bath Tub, PVC Loofah Bathroom Mats for Wet Areas, Quick Drying I was looking for a new bathtub/shower mat. My old type did not drain very well. I happened to try a similar one at my family’s home during a recent visit and liked it (I will note that theirs was in a walk-in shower with tiled flooring). I am not trying to compare this purchase to theirs; I am merely pointing out that this is what prompted me to try this style. I looked at several types/styles on Amazon before going to my family’s house and scoured numerous reviews. This is my first purchase of a PVC loofah-type of bathmat. I have a smooth-bottom tub/shower combo and I worried about slippage. This did not slip at all. This feels less than soft to my feet, but it’s not as bad as I make it sound. I also feel that after some usage, it might feel softer. I chose the 17x30 inch since I wanted more of my tub floor covered. This drains much better than I anticipated. I saw reviews complaining about mold, so I have been turning this on its side while rolled up a little and leaning it against the tub wall to dry. The price was quite reasonable. The insert that came inside the packaging indicated that it is easily cleaned, but there are no cleaning instructions anywhere to be found in the packaging. The only cleaning instructions I’ve found are in the Amazon ad and I am not impressed with them. These should be included in the packaging, nonetheless. This is made in China of course (picture included).

I needed a non slip while my achilles heals
I popped my achilles and am on one leg. I did not want to slip in the shower so I purchased this. I gave 4 stars because it does move but NOT ALOT. I just adjust it with my good foot! but for the most part, The weight is of great weight not flimsy at all. the color was perfect for my bathroom i chose grey. It does dry quickly and it does drain. I use to exfoliate my good foot when I am sitting in the shower chair , when I get up to move around I am no longer afraid of falling the suds go straight to the bottom. I have only had it a week. so I have not pulled it up to wash in the washer or to clean underneath it .. maybe I will remember to come back and do an up date- UPDATE- I washed the mat on delicate in , cold water with a little detergent. it came out lovely , no pulls or snags it was intact and I just placed it back into the tub to air dry, it looked clean and just as new as when I pulled it out of the box , the slip on it was a tad bit better, maybe it is a good thing to wash it before using in ? IDK but it doesnt slide as much as it did when i first got it. i love my mat. and i love rubbing the soles of my feet across it when the soap hits it , it is like a quick pedicure

Does not slip and slide is great stays in place
This better is great! I thought it was gonna be too long and I was gonna have to cut it down, but I did not have to perfect size. You feel safe while using it. Don’t have to worry about it sliding while taking a shower. You won’t go wrong getting this mat I highly recommend it.

Very comfy + dries quick
Super comfy under your feet in the shower. Soft loofah texture feels good and it doesn’t slide around. Dries out really quick after you hang it up. Solid little mat. 5 stars.

It's Ok but kind of High Maintenance
I loved this bath mat for the first month or two. But after that the non slip pad that is essential no longer provided non slip so this bath mat became dangerous. It's basically nothing more than a loufa mat with a non skid pad under it (the same rolls you can buy at Walmart~ which I actually did to replace the one they provided) so be wary that you will have to replace the non skid pad every couple months or more But also the loufa mat will tend to get moldy if you don't clean it regularly. After every shower I squeeze it out and then hang it up on the towel rack inside the shower to drip dry the rest of the way. It seems that the water will collect on the edge where it is hanging lowest and start molding as I noticed black around that edge one day. (I also have well water though so possibly it is iron build up and not mold) So now I have bleached the entire thing with spray bleach and I have to do that every week to prevent molding? or iron build up. But I do like it, the feel of it on my feet is like an added scrubber for my feet. Also it does collect hair because as you shower obviously you loose hair and it will get caught up right on that loufa mat rather than wash away to the drain catcher as a plastic mat would. So, it's kinda high maintenance

It floated!
I broke my humerus (top of arm below shoulder) and had arm in sling for 16 weeks …..so no muscle still in pain and unsteady on my feet so wanted to have something to stop me from slipping whilst showering or even attempting a bath but when i put my shower on it just floated off…..bery disappointed.

The bathtub mate is soft below the feet. It looks nice, and drains the water fast. There is a variety of colors to choose from.
