I do not recommend anybody buying these. They do not match up the holes do not match. It will have an issue. You cannot tighten the motor mounts. They’re not worth the money. I could only install one side. The other side does not line up.

OK, first of all, I understand the negative reviews. It is a difficult install. I repeat it’s a difficult install! But it’s not impossible if you have some common sense and are a bit mechanically inclined you’ll get it also it takes some gumption to not quit but when it’s all set and done, it’s sturdy and I don’t doubt that it will do the job for a fraction of the price of some other namebrand crash cages. Biggest thing to remember, is to get all the bolts on just barely catching thread on both sides and the crossbar after everything is just barely on that that’s when you start tightening everything down equally don’t tighten down one bolt all the way give each one a good couple of turns until they’re all tightened down. And I can’t stress this enough. It’s not a bad product. It’s just difficult install.

Improper fitment of the ride side piece and was missing the cross bar that secures the right side together the left.

The quality of the metal is good and the only trouble I had was when I was first putting it on. Make sure to tighten the bolts slowly together instead of tightening one side and then the other. Makes it fit better. I recently lost the beg caps on the back side and am looking for replacements. If you get this, make sure to get to lock tight (yellow) to make sure they stay on but you can take them off later to replace the pegs of you like. Haven't fallen yet but seems to be good enough to keep the bike safe if I do fall.
