A lot of the tablets were broken
I’ve taken these for a while now, have them on subscribe and save. They are ok to swallow, just a little big. I can’t say whether they work or not, it’s hard to tell. My main bugbear is that almost a third of the tablets are broken in half.

Great value
I have been taking these for about a year now. I take them to help alleviate dips in breastmilk supply and lack of letdowns during menstruation and ovulation times. And for restless legs. They really help. I ran out recently and a delivery went astray so I bought some from Holland and Barrett. The ones from H&B were supposed to be much higher dose but they are far less effective. My restless legs came straight back and I had days of trouble with my milk supply. Back on these now and hoping to get back on track. Very good supplements.

Wouldn't buy again
It's difficult to say whether these are helping, as I'm taking them to support bone health. The magnesium isn't the best type, and not easily absorbed, but I think it's suppose to help the calcium absorb better. That said, only 3 stars, because I gag every time, they're just too big. I will see this pack through, but I won't buy again.
