What can I say govee did it again! I have govee all around my house and will never go to any other brand. I love the fact that they have their own app with many colours and effects for every season and how long lasting they are. Only thing is when you move house what happens to the adhesive but I will forever buy from them. Colours are so vibrant its blinding but no worries you can dim it down but I personally love it. Let's talk about the pros of this: I love the new material for the telly, much thicker and safe for telly. It has this jelly type material over the lights and it's just different. I was expecting the thin one b However, I really like how they acknowledged the safety as it will get hot when tv is on. Listen this light is bright, when I tell you this light is bright it will give light to your room all by itself! When you want to save electricity but don't want to fully be in the dark or you want to get cosy vibes in all season this is for you. I was smiling while putting it up trust me. Also next day delivery came in the morning after ordering late last night " perfect" I'm sure it's even brighter than the thinner ones I have. Like I got excited testing a few colours and look forward to doing different themes to match my other govee lights depending on what mood I'm going for. I have a sensory set up for my kids and I felt like the lights I already have was not giving and I was going to get more lights to put above TV but no need now because the TV just gives it the perfect lighting all around. You can adjust the temperature with the app and still use your saved colors or go to diy and pick one. Durable,thick, bright and beautiful. Birthday parties is already epic with my other ones so I'm excited this year to have the TV dancing too lol. Plus it was in offer for 19.00 which is a bargain as govee is expensive side and a investment. Luckily I got all my lights on offer and just bought in bulk. I'm actually going back to get another for my bedroom before it goes up again. Cons: okay as you can tell I'm super happy, however the adhesive is not as sticky as I would like it to be. It kept coming of TV at first but luckily I could tuck the extra bits and had to press hard on it. Over time all of them to unstick so hoping that this one will stay. That's the only thing I would say get more adhesive on that one. But would I buy again " Yesssss " I would of done videos but gallery full and photos is not showing how beautiful it is in real life. Buy it you won't regret it.

These are the best LED light strips you can buy for the money, it’s been one of the few times I’ve been legitimately shocked by how good value something is. I’ve had these on the TV for almost a year now. I’ve owned a lot of LED light strips over the years and normally they are the “old” style ones where all the LEDs are exposed, so over time dust etc gathers on the LEDs themselves. Having had great experience with Govee LED strips in the past (the old style) I needed new ones and bought these. I was blown away by the quality, the entire LED strip is covered by a rubber lining. This means you don’t have to worry about the LEDs getting covered in dust or debris, getting broken when cleaning or moving the tv etc they are always protected. The brightness is insanely good. I have never seen LED strips look this good. I compared these next to a Philip ambilight TV and the Govee light strip blew it away! The colours are rich and vibrant. Without question my favourite feature is that you can control each individual segment on the light strip to have multiple colours at once without any kind of “moving” scenery setting. This is something every other LED light strip (bar insanely expensive ones) seem to fail at. It is powered by a proper plug not like 99% of the other light strips which are powered by a USB into the back of the TV. It integrates flawlessly with Alexa. The Govee app itself is brilliant. There’s AI features, and an endless amount of customisation options. I have multiple Govee products, all of them are great but these light strips are the best value item I’ve bought, highly recommend them! I haven’t had a single issue, it always connects to Alexa, they’ve never flickered or even dulled in brightness slightly. 10/10

After a lot of research, I decided on these things. Wow! Great colours, fantastic scenes and dead easy to control with Alexa - 'Alexa LED blue'. Great that you can select scenes from other community members as well as complete control over saturation, room atmosphere and brightness. A couple of things to bear in mind: 1. If you use voice control, rename your device to something easy to remember. 2. Make sure the LEDs on the back of the TV are over not under the wires otherwise or you will get strange shadows. 3. Use the extra sticky pads on all corners to manage the corner wires. Love it and highly recommended.

The LED TV backlights are brilliant — the colours are vibrant, bright, and really elevate the viewing experience. The app is also great: it’s easy to navigate, very user-friendly, and everything is pretty much self-explanatory, making setup and customising the lights simple. The only downsides are the WiFi connection and the app’s user access. Even though we have a 2.4GHz network available, the device struggles to detect it during setup. It would also be a big improvement if the app allowed multiple accounts so different users in the household could have access without needing to use the same login. Overall, a great product with fantastic features — just a couple of tweaks would make it perfect

Perfect length for my 65in TV easy to install great app and customise light options available

The lights are lovely and bright. Love that it can sync to the sound of music or the TV. However I bought some to fit a 55inch tv yet they were FAR too long. The wire corners stuck up like ears couldn’t fold them inwards. Nice idea but not suitable for all tvs and didn’t fit my 55inch TV. Tried to return however every post office couldn’t get the code to work, gave up and just stuck them on as strips across the middle

After I installed the LEDs it was easy to set up and there are loads of settings or you can make your own. The lights are nice and bright and create a nice atmosphere. Im yet to try the music synchronisation but will update this when I have. Also I noticed a lot a few people have said it’s not sticky enough, this is because I noticed when you peal off the sticky backing the glue strip can sick to it so peal it very carefully and if it does stick to the backing strip the glue strip can be peeled of and put back onto the LED strip. I don’t think you would want it any stickier as it would mark the back of the TV if you need to take it off. Plus I found if you need to adjust it,it comes off and is still sticky enough to reposition it. Definitely recommend this just make sure you take your time and follow the video instruction(it’s on here in the above first picture section)on how to attach it.
