This product is absolutely perfect and has all the right ingredients. Both of my boys suffer from eczema, and even before they were officially diagnosed, I started using this on them as babies after a visit to the dermatologist. It was actually recommended that I continue using it because it didn’t cause flare-ups and helped soothe their skin. I truly swear by this product—I buy multiple bottles at a time and still use it on my four-year-old and my five-month-old to this day. It’s incredibly gentle, calming, and effective. I would highly recommend this for any child, especially those with eczema, heat rashes, or sensitive skin. A must-have for regular use!

CeraVe was the ideal first choice for our family. I use CeraVe acne control face wash. Of all the brands I’ve tried, CeraVe has been the best for me and my skin type. It has always been gentle but effective. So, what better brand to trust then the very same I use for myself? The packaging of the product is sturdy like any other of their bottles, and they came packaged in closed off bags in case they got damaged in transit anyway. Despite being placed with a massive baby order, they arrived safely. The product is exactly as advertised, and truly scentless. My daughter is now currently 6 months old at the time of this review. We do bath every other day and have been using a possibly generous amount of the soap at a time. Even still we are just barely reaching the end of our first bottle. Additionally for the amount used at a time, my baby’s skin has never been excessively dry after a bath. Bonus points for CeraVe for also being truly tearless. A creator on social media had tried various tearless baby soaps in her eyes and found that CeraVe was among the few that didn’t sting. I haven’t tried it myself, but her video seemed genuine. So it was definitely another major selling point for me!

I decided to try out the 8-ounce size since Amazon offered it to me at a price I couldn't refuse. This product will mostly be used by me, an adult with sensitive skin. It is supposed to be fragrance-free and a lot of products making that claim aren't. This one is about as close to fragrance free as I've tried; in the bottle, it has a very light smell I'd liken to soil. The liquid is clear, thin, and lightweight. It seemed to work well on my hands and face, but I had to take off a star because my skin did feel a bit dry/tight after cleansing. Since it is winter, I do plan on using a heavy moisturizer as a barrier directly after. Too soon to say if I will buy this product again but so far, no real complaints. I have bought and used other products from Cerave for many years. Posting a list of the ingredients because I was surprised by some of them but I was pleased to see that this is manufactured in the USA.

Good for skin of my newborn, don have any scent, skin of my baby fells soft and clean, last for much days and your baby skin will be moisturized.

This has been the only soap I can use on my twins! They have eczema and it is so soft and gentle on their skin. Highly recommend for anyone with sensitive skin

My 1 year old son has eczema and I have been trying to find a product that is gentle on his skin. I was using the Cera Ve baby lotion so when I saw that they came out with a shampoo I had to try it. This shampoo is amazing ! Easy to rinse and so gentle on my sons skin! He hasn’t had any more eczema “breakouts” on his skin since using this shampoo!
