I’ve given 5 stars because I have worn them once and did feel a difference. They are comfortable and fit well. They are nice and thin.

This a well made foot cushion but I found it difficult place in position. It provides a measure of relief.

I purchased these to help take the pressure off the ball of my foot. They only hook over your toe and have no other way of securing so they flap about. Totally useless and further more does not relieve any pressure as so thin and of poor quality

The pad has a small hole cut for a toe, to hold the pad in place under the foot. The instructions say that this could be cut larger to accommodate a toe. Too flimsy for my arthritic feet. The pad itself is quite thin.

The difference these have made to my metatarsalgia, I wear them under my sock with my slippers around the house. Have not tried them in shoes because I use gel insoles for them so would be too much with these too. I think my metatarsalgia is a mild form so you may want extra padding if you had it quite severe but for me it is the perfect squishy amount to make walking around comfortable again. I’ve had no problems with them moving out of place when in my socks. They have been a life saver for my sore feet.

Needed something to give me some comfort when doing long walks & these are just the job. They don't take up much room, in fact I wear the two together on the one foot, which gets pain from Morton's Neuroma & arthritic big toe joint. They might not be ideal for everyone's needs but at this price it's worth giving them a try. Have just made my 2nd purchase although my 1st pair have hardly worn down, after miles & miles of walking.

Very disappointing and, overall, not fit for purpose. Very comfortable when brand new but not robust enough for the purpose for which they were designed, i.e. to be walked on all day, every day. They are made of three thin layers, two outside fabric layers and one gel layer in the middle; when used as designed, the outside layers quickly ruck up where one's foot moves around in one's shoe and then re-stick to the middle gel layer, leaving an uncomfortable ridge for one to walk on. Despite much tugging, the outer layers cannot be repositioned and, therefore, the life of these cushions is very limited to two or three days from new, which is not nearly sufficient. They, therefore, represent very poor value for money.

Doesn't stay on well. Kept falling off toe.

Can be used on either foot which is a bonus for me as I only require it for my left foot. The loop to slide over the second or third toe depending on where you need the padding is quite ingenious. Much more floppy than most metatarsal pads, you have to be careful when positioning foot into shoe but once in place, it works well, is a lot less bulky & stays in place.
