One of my favs at the moment! Great taste and it's smooth too. I like to make it as an Americano by adding a little more water (3:1 or 4:1), and then I add a little oat milk.I appreciate that they have this decaf version as sometimes I crave this drink in the afternoon. In the morning, I use the caffeinated version.

Truly decaf and won't keep you up at night if you have one small cup after dinner.

I love coffee and this is the one I was looking for. Besides it is decaffeinate and I can have it right before going to bed

Quit working for no reason within a year. Then I tried getting in touch with Nescafe to either replace or fix the maker. I called their customer service number and then was given another number to call. That number connected but no one was on the other end of the line after multiple attempts. When I called the first customer service number again the representative had no empathy and just told me to "keep calling." It's a large international company that doesn't stand behind its product and has lousy to non-existent customer service.
