Recently had shoulder surgery and this has been a great help. Doing everything with one arm, esp your non dominant arm, is a struggle. This little item made life easier! Happy with this purchase.

I liked this device quite a lot. I was ready to buy more for each bathroom when the motor lost its "oomph" . I tried multiple new batteries to no avail. Very disappointed. It's useless at this point. UPDATE: The company was concerned that I was having a problem and generously sent me a new one. So far so good! Will update later after enough time has gone by to see if this motor works for a longer period. Grateful so far! ANOTHER UPDATE;: iI have now been using the replacement device that was sent to me for several weeks and the motor is still working well. I am very hopeful this will continue. I tried a different travel bidet and it was way inferior to this one. I am very happy with it now and again will plan to buy more. The company stood behind their product and it is very good. Totally happy now.

I bought it in April, while I was recovering in a rehab hospital. I forgot about it for several months. I recently opened it and put in two batteries. I filled up the water reservoir as directed. Pushed the Button to start and nothing happened. It doesn’t work at all. I tried repeatedly to make it work, changed the batteries and it still didn’t work. I don’t recommend this product, a total failure! 😞

Product works good. Battery location worried me, but it is well protected. My only real complaints are that I wish it were a little stronger on the high-power setting and had a larger reservoir, but these aren’t deal breakers. A good product for travelling.

It works fine, but know it isn’t super high pressure like one connected to your toilet. Also this one gave out after about 8 months. Gonna look at a different one.

This is a great item! I like having two levels of spray and the ability to put the angle at whatever I need. After I use and empty the water reservoir, I do hit the button to "run" it for a moment as some water does stay in the mechanism and can trickle out when you go to use it again but its not much and is not enough of an issue to warrant less stars. The carrying bag, though I do wish the inside was more water proof, it is still very nice to have for putting it in my purse. It goes with me everywhere and I've recommended it to others, especially those having the surgery I had that prompted this purchase.

What a great device!!! This is my sevond spine surgery. For the first one, I installed a bidet on my toilet. Hated it because i had to move around to aim it. This one can be aimed, a good pressure and the right amount of water to do the job. (Be careful when rinsing and drying not to pull the nozzle off like i just did. If i ruined it, I will order another ASAP!)
