Nice salty taste with a certain savory smoothness.
Watched a cooking Show for sweet, salty, savory topics. Didn't realize the subtle differences in saltiness and decided to order this product. We normally use pink sea salt, popcorn salt, and such but after trying this salt it's a go to for fish for us now and anytime we want salty with a little smoothness.

Use on final plating for fish, rice and sushi..
I've been using this salt for a long time. I first saw it on a cooking show where the author traveled to an island in Japan to witness as to how the salt was produced. It is one of Japan's finest salts used on sushi and other vegetable dishes. It is worth the purchase!

A nice addition to his kitchen arsenal, and mine.
Super simple package design and an inspiring flavor to tinker around in the kitchen with. I bought it as part of a birthday gift with Grelim Dashi Stock for a very brilliant friend who is a wiz in the kitchen and is frankly a polymath of the senses (fragrance, music, design electronics, fashion, he's too bloody brilliant + humble) so not a man who is easy to surprise pleasently. He was happy, and I am happy to have contributed to his wizardry.

Great salt! Wish it had more seaweed taste. Overall really good. Use it on chocolate chip cookies. Peanut butter toast. Salted caramel. Even during water fasting. For everything! A little goes a long long way.
