Brilliant alternative to the DIY shop foam draught excluder - highly recommended
Having used foam draught excluded for all the doors in the house I didn't realise this alternative was available until a few months back. The traditional foam draught excluded yellows after a year or so and looks shabby. The tessa draught excluder is made from rubber, much more durabale and doesn't yellow. Preparing - It takes longer to prep than fit if you are replacing the yellowed foam excluder. I recommend using a small decorators knife to get most of the foam off. Gently scrape so not to damage the woodwork. Then you'll need white spirit, a cloth and a lot of elbow grease to get the remnants off. Make sure you leave it for 1/2 hour or so to dry and wipe again with a dry cloth this time. Fitting - this is a breeze, the backing comes off easy and just fit it tight up against the edge. I used a sanding block to push it firmly all the way round and get a good fit. Cut to size with a Stanley knife as it is quite thick. Then shut the door for a while to allow it to set firmly. Quality - this is durable and well made, once the door is closed, no draughts at all and it looks great if you have white doors. Professional look rather than bodged DIY. Any down sides - Well one door doesn't quite shut, so check your doors aren't a little tight when they close before fitting or you may have issues. I will just need to adjust door catch slightly. How much do you need? Well the average door will have a high of just under 200cms, so one 6M pack will do one door comfortably. Well worth the cost in my opinion.

Satisfactory
I bought this product because there was a slight deformation on one of our wooden window frames and wind was coming in. It was easy to apply and did the job perfectly. We have been using it for a few months now and still holds perfectly.

After reading a lot about how to apply the tape does a good job, keeps heat in as well as sound out!!! SADLY AND QUITE SILLY, I CAN ONLY BUY ONE DUE TO BLACK FRIDAY DEALS, SO IF YOU NEED MORE THAN 1 AND YOU WILL!!! YOU WONT BE ABLE TO FINISH THE JOB YOU HAVE STARTED, SO ??????? LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE I GUESS, SORRY.

Won't stick, seems to have post-it glue
Maybe received a bad roll, if that's the case Tesa should send me a replacement one for free... The one I received has the worst glue possible. It won't stick to anything I tried. I properly cleaned and made sure the multiple surfaces I tries were clean and dry without any residue, but the glue wont stick and even when it stick, it will fall off in a week...

Just the item to seal a draught
This is absolutely fantastic. We have developed a draught through our front door and I was looking for something to help solve that. After looking through the products available I decided this would more likely work best. The item quickly and was well packaged. The item has 3 D shaped foam tubes which have self adhesive strips to the back. Depending on the size of the gap you want to fill you can use all 3 or you can split it to 1 or 2 thickness. The instillation was very quick and easy. I cut each strip to the correct length. Cleaned the frame quickly (it does tell you to wash down with alcohol or a de greaser however I didn't have any of this) then peel off the sticky protector sheet and stick to the door. It has stuck fine and is working a treat! Highly recommended

Tessa Moll Classic D Profile draught excluder
Purchased this product to stop a draughty old front door creating a very cold hallway. This product has proved to be the best that I have ever purchased for this purpose. It intially meant that we had to ensure that the door was slammed to close it properly, but within two weeks the excluder had settled into the door frame and is now excluding all draughts and we no longer have to slam the door. A brilliant product and with a long lifetime guarantee.

Not sure if length is diplayed correctly?
Nice and spongy for gap filling but am I wrong in thinking this should have been 6m long? The description says that length or am I mistaken.

Le guarnizione sono ottime. Un poโ meno lo stato di una confezione (ne ho prese tre), ghiacciata e con il biadesivo scollato.
