This is the natural deodorant holy grail!! Honestly, it’s the deodorant holy grail in general, period! Aluminum deodorants stopped working for me a couple of years ago, so I went down the rabbit hole. After wasting close to $1000 trying just about everything, crystal mineral salt was the only thing that gave me 24+ hours of absolutely zero BO.. and I’m a stressed out, hormonal biological disaster. Even with summer and workouts on top of my offensive biology, I do not smell! The only downside with other mineral salt products? I had to apply layer after layer of the crystal spray, roll-on, or wet stone deodorants to get enough mineral salt on my pits. When I used enough, it was absolutely unbeatable, but it was a pain. Worth it, but annoying. So I found this powdered alum (mineral salt). Now I mist my pits with Thai Crystal spray 2-3 times for a primer, then dust the damp skin with this powdered mineral salt using a kabuki brush. It delivers way more salt in one step instead of spraying and drying 3–5 layers. And it’s instantly dry. No need to blow dry your pits or stand around with your arms up, waiting. I’ve tested acid deodorants, aluminum, charcoal, sticks, sprays, roll-ons, glycolic acid, creams, lactic acid.. you name it. Some worked okay, but NONE survived my hormonal stress test. This does! My aluminum deodorants couldn’t even perform like this. No yellow stains, no pilling, my lymph nodes aren’t blowing up, I’m not reapplying and if you get a little white dust on your shirt, it brushes right off. You might sweat, but I promise you won’t stink. If it doesn’t work, you didn’t use enough salt or your pits were too dry when putting on the powder and it didn’t stick. This stuff friggin works. And it’s so cost effective. This is my forever deodorant. I would also suggest to treat it just like you would any crystal salt deodorant, its literally the same ingredient. Too much can sting some sensitive people and if you shave your pits or have broken skin, be mindful cuz that could sting too. I shave my armpits daily, with the grain, not using a lot of pressure and I have no issues at all with stinging. If this stuff works for me, I’m so confident this can work for 99.9% of people that don’t have a sensitivity to crystal/mineral salt deodorant.

I originally bought this for a very specific reason—my daughter's G-tube granuloma—and it has worked amazingly well. If you're a feeding tube parent, you know how frustrating granulomas can be. After trying multiple suggestions, this alum powder was easy to use and helped dry the area out much faster than I expected. We saw noticeable improvement and were able to get the tissue under control without adding another complicated step to our daily routine. A little goes a long way, and the powder was easy to apply. Obviously, always follow your medical team's recommendations, but for our family, this has become one of those products I like having on hand just in case. Not the most exciting thing I've ever purchased, but definitely one of the most useful. Fellow tube-feeding parents will understand why this earned five stars. 💜✨😊

Looked fantastic when I initially saw it!! Packed in a cardboard box with a ziplock bag with the Alum inside and then put into a plastic bubble wrap envelope my package preceded through the United States Postal Service and this is really where the problem began. The Alum found its way out of the ziplock into its packaging box and then out from there into the bubble wrap envelope so that my purchase was in 3 separate locations!!! I don’t know how much product I lost but I am quite disappointed. I was so happy when it arrived so quickly and looking so nice for just some powdered Alum and then the let down. The product itself looks fantastic and I’m sure it’s exactly what it should be. I probably would have ecstatic about this product because all the packaging was really nice in exception that in my opinion some tape across a folded ziplock would have added some security and probably avoided the entire situation!!
