For anyone that read the other reviews that these are not glass (580G) lenses...that is correct. This is my second pair of Costa’s (Fantail with glass previously) and if you do just a little bit of checking around, you’ll know that $158 for a pair of glass lens Costa’s does not exist unless buying second hand on an auction site. For me, the glass lenses are too heavy and slid off my nose, quite a lot. I still loved the glasses and wore them out. Knowing the price of G lenses will leave no surprises when you order these. They are 580P lenses, they are legit Costa sunglasses, and they are a great value. After having the glass lens and now the plastic, I can’t tell a difference. At all. The glass does give some heft to the glasses so if you want heavier glasses, go for it, you won’t be disappointed. But if weight is a concern, as it is for me, you’ll be Uber pleased with the plastic lenses. They DID have a 580G sticker on them...that’s my only gripe. It’s misleading when you open them if you don’t know what you just bought. I knew they would be plastic, so no big deal to me. Hope this helps clear things up a bit. Glass lenses retail at $259...so a hundred off for new ones ain’t gonna happen. At $158 for new plastic 580’s...for me, sold. Good deal.

AMAZING shades! These are the most comfortable and stylish pair of shades I have ever owned (and I own Ray Bans and Maui Jims). I was looking for a L fit because of the overall coverabilty during outdoor activities and when Costa announced these, I knew I had to get them. I highly recommend the Costa Reefton to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish pair of shades that they can wear all day and to pretty much any activity. Definitely would also recommend the glads lens over the polycarbonate because of clarity and scratch resistance. The seller, GEAR UP USA, is top notch and has amazing prices. Much lower than what the competition offers. Coupled with Amazon's lighting fast delivery, this was one of the best shopping experiences for sure.

Ordered over the 4th of July cause I noticed a lower price than in any store. I own another pair of 580p reeftons so I have something to compare too. Based on the $138 price I thought it might be fake but ordered anyway. Really wanted to try the Glass version. Sunglasses arrived on time in a Costa box, with Costa case, Costa cleaning cloth, Costa glasses and stickers! I have done my research on the Costa Reefton 580g online and in stores. I was skeptical but what came is the real thing. 580g Costas for $138, stole ‘em! Very please on the quality and will continue to order when I need a new/different pair.

Was a little skeptical on the price but after wearing them a few times they were definitely a worth it buy

I’m not a big review writer, so I will just do a quick summation; these things are awesome. For years I have worn the Oakley‘s and Hobies from Costco. I always like them. I purchase these, with the 580 G, on a whim when they were on sale. It is now been about three months and I can tell you that I am so impressed I absolutely had to write a review. If you were on the fence, I strongly encourage you to consider them. They are just unbelievable out on the water on the boat. They take all of the glare away, but they don’t make it so dark you can’t see the fish in the water. And now that the leaves are starting to change, the colors are so vibrant wearing these it is amazing. And again, they don’t make it so dark that you can’t wear them in the shade or anything. I have only dropped them once, no damage at all. They are very well-made. But again, these optics are just unbelievable. Highly recommend

I bought these as an extra pair so I would have a pair in each of my vehicles. Great glasses Update: 7/22/22. I bought this second pair in Feb 2022. They were great until today when a tree limb knocked them off my head and my mower ate them. I didn’t realize how bad my feelings were hurt until I checked on replacing them. The price has doubled. Time for plan B.

I bought these to use the lenses in my Osearch frames. I broke a lens and it was about 25 dollars more to get a brand new pair instead of the replacement glass lenses. I was worried that they may be fake but they are not. I thought it was a win bc now I have a blacked it pair of Reefton frames incase I ever need them. These are my favorite Costas on the market and I like the glass lenses bc I like a little more weight with my glasses.

Such a nice wrap around glass lens. This is my first wrap around polarized glass lens sunglass. Usually the polarized glass lens option was not seen in wrap around models, if so they will be polycarbonate lens. It's a great purchase.
