The interior dimension of the “shelves” is 23-3/4” x 14-1/2”.

Can anyone tell me the distance between top and middle shelves? (e.g. bottom of top shelf and the flat bottom of middle shelf) Thanks in advance!

the distance is 12"...there is a cross plank on the underneath of the top shelf so you loose a scooch of height in the area it runs

Does this come with the paint brush washer shown in pic?

the top shelf has a hole in it and it comes with a great little bucket that fits in the hole...the handle of the bucket has a spiral that can hold wet brushed
