The book covers everything for living well and healthy whilst shinning a light on how holistic living standards are far superior to the average living standards. Shows how to avoid an cure most dis-eases. Highly recommend

True brilliance in a book. Covers everything you need to know within the holistic spectrum including gemstones and their usage, sound and its usage, herbs etc just too much to even write about. I love it, my family love it my friends love and you too will love it.

Excellent book, I think it’s very important for people of colour to recognise that their bodies are different and sometimes the specialist in medicine don’t have that knowledge so it’s good to equip yourself with the information that is contained within this book for your better well-being

Well this is a book and a half. I bought it for someone else but now I want to keep it. Lol. I shouldn't have opened it there is sooooo much interesting stuff in there and ALOT more than I ever expected. I have to order one for myself now because I have to get comfy and read this and make sense of it all. I think i saw a few errors in the book though because I can't find my sexual match based on my birthday. It says 28th Feb to March 2. I think i meant till March 21. Because if it didn't mean that, then everyone born between March 2nd and March 21st has so sexual match. It also said that the portion sizes are incorrect, then lists how much to use for this and that. I think it meant they are 'correct'. Simple mistakes like that can change the meaning of everything so that needs to be looked at. It had me looking at my daughters eyes to see her vein shapes to diagnose her lol. This is all literally in a few seconds of opening the book on different pages. Whilst I'm here writing this review, guess who's stole the book. My 15 year old daughter. Where's her phone??? Well I've NEVER seen this before. She's put her phone down and is reading a book. I'm definitely buying another one. You lost a start for my birthday not being in there as I see this as a type error that the editors should never have missed. Other wise it's 10 stars, forget 5.

No dislike truth is uncomfortable but rather know truth

Life changing and educational. Finally I got this after wanting it for so long, deffo worth the wait ! I'm a big believer in holistic healing and health. Highly recommend this!

Excellent livre holistique je recommande vivement

Sehr gutes Buch für eine hollistische Herangehensweise an Krankheiten. Was etwas nervt sind die ständigen Hinweise darauf, wie überlegen doch die schwarze Rasse ist. Würde umgekehrt auch nicht gut ankommen und schmälert die Glaubwürdigkeit. Aus naturheilkundlicher Sicht ist es aber fantastisch, da der Mann wirklich viel Wissen hat nur leider allzu oft Opfer seiner Vorurteile wird. Wenn man das ausblendet kann man aber schon viel Wissen aus diesem Buch generieren.
