Is this product supposed to be runny? I just received it and I haven’t opened it but when I shake it, it sounds as if it has a thin lotion or water.

The product is packaged in a new and improved, antimicrobial lined, plastic tube, therefore the consistency of the clay remains less congealed than it would if it were in the original metal tube. The product should always be shaken well before use, as it is an organic product made without preservatives or emulsifiers, so it is possible that the clay can separate a little from exposure to the cold. Shaking well ensures that the consistency will be just right for applications and effective use. The new packaging also has air space, where previously the metal tubes did not, so the watery sound is not a new development, it's simply that the original packaging did not have room to make that sound.

Will it help with milia on chin?

I don’t know for certain but I think it could. This is a great mask and as it dries it tightens. Because of that it might help the milia come to the surface. I think it’s best to have a derm or esthetician safely extract them for you though. That’s your best bet.

Is this supposed to be runny like water? I opened it and it squirted all over my white tank top, chair, table. ☹️

The ingredients are Clay and water, all you have to do is shake it long enough to become firm. When you open it try it on your hand first to be sure it's not just water. After I shake it I put a certain amount in a well closed small container for some reason it stays firm.

Definitely Worth the Cost
