Great tool for balanced and consistent tamping , so you focus on other parameters to get good coffee .. love it , highly recommend

after almost a year, it suddenly disassembled itself as the screw lost its thread. I tried putting it back but nothing worked.

Nice weight to it but it fell apart within a couple months of using it The base doesn’t thread into the tamper anymore *UPDATE* NEOUZA contacted me. Apparently the product I received was part of a faulty batch, and they offered to send me a replacement or refund my purchase, which they did within minutes. I update my review to 5 stars for the excellent customer service.

It has been a while since I bought this and use it 5 times a day. Disassemble once a month to clean it. My favorite tamper.
