Very unexpected! A small bell on one side of the blue bone. Every time I want to tease it, shake the bone. When it hears the sound, it will wag its tail and run to me. Then I throw it out and it will pick up the bone. This is a good interactive tool

these easy to be bitten or shredded? is it safe?

It depends on whether your dog is aggressive. Normally these dog ropes are very durable. Dog rope toys are made of healthy cotton because they are soft and can be eliminated through feces if swallowed accidentally.

How hard is the material the head and nails are made of? Could you push your mail into it?

No. It's a hard, smooth plastic-y (I dont know what the material is) material, as is the tail. The main part of the body is very solid rubber, like many pf the Bullymake toys. The only apparent damage so far (two weeks) is that the eyes seem painted on, and she has scraped a little of the paint off.

Great toy

This toy is a winner. It has just the right amount of squish, squeak, and aerodynamic flying ability to make it one of her favorites. And that is saying a lot because this girl has lots of toys. What is interesting is that there has been no attempts to dismantle this toy. It has those horns and the frill around the neck as well as the long, tapered tail. These have all been in other toys which has produced the 'provocation' for destruction. Not this toy. It gets grabbed and chased and shaken violently, but never chewed on in a way to take off any parts. That is great for me as well because I have the unfortunate tendency to bond with my dogs cute toys which makes the violence those toys endure very unpleasant for this dog mom. So far this toy looks as if it will enter the mysterious 'toy that shall not be destroyed' category that is bestowed on the fortunate few. Hooray for the dino toy.

I swear this thing is indestructible

My tear-everything-into-shreds-in-under-an-hour pit bull claimed this right out of the box. It was for our other dog but quickly became hers. Just about two months in it’s still almost completely whole. She loves it, and I love that it’s going to last. Just don’t step on it, ouch 😂
