What is the measurement from the top center to lowest point of both sides closest to center?

Not sure what specific measurement you are looking for, but each piece messure 6" ×6" from the corner to the mid point is 3"

Has anyone used these directly on a mirror?

I haven't but I imagine that would go best with hot glue

Are these similar to woodubend where you can heat and it will allow to bend a bit to fit on curves?

No, the wood pieces are hard and made of wood. They do not bend.

How are the measured? For the 7.81 x 7.81 one, is it 7.81 from the corner to the end on each side?

Each individual piece is 7.81 X 7.81. Four together would make a full square of about 16 inches.
