Yes - the 88 keys on Liano are fully touch-sensitive.

Can this connect to an amplifier

Yes, you can use the 3.5mm (1/8 inch) audio output located on the back of Liano to connect to an external amplifier/sound system. If the amplifier/speaker you are connecting to does not have a 3.5mm (1/8 inch) connector, you can purchase a '1/8 Inch to Dual 1/4 inch Stereo Cable Adapter' which will allow you to connect easily.

Are the keys weighted?

According to the product description on Amazon, the keys are 'semi-weighted'. I don't know what the difference would be between semi-weighted and fully-weighted but it feels similar to a real piano. I think the difference between real and electric is - on electric, once a key is pushed down to a certain extent, it triggers a tone, whereas on a real piano, a tone does not occur until the hammer hits the string. I did notice on the KORG that, depending on how hard you hit the key, it affects the loudness but I am not sure it works that way for all instrument settings.

Only with batteries. No adapter?

It comes with a cord to plug it into an outlet. I personally don't use batteries.
