Lovely bag, nice colour more grey with a pink tinge. Sturdy arm straps and handle. Lots of zipped pockets and plenty of room for drinks bottles, paperwork and a laptop and much more. Very pleased with it.

This is a great bag for work, I don't feel the heaviness that I did with my previous bag when carrying my laptop. Plenty of room, I can get everything I need in this bag, I love it

It's a great bag and it sits well on my shoulders (I have lower back issues so I notice if it's off-kilter). In the video looks like it holds a lot more than it does, be mindful that the top has thin poles for sturdiness inside which when closed almost create a peak, rather than usual backpacks that simply zip up and you can fit stuff in almost right up to the zipper. Slightly less handy than I had anticipated for holding shopping but if you have tiny items you can put them at the top to maximise space but do be careful of forcing the zipper apart.

Good backpack. Use it daily to work and travel. It fits a lot, its very functional with loads of different pockets. Worth the money.

I am a teacher and this bag is perfect! I am delighted with it. It has pockets for both my laptop and my iPad with plenty of room left for an A4 folder, diary, exam papers etc. There are loads of additional internal and external pockets and side ones for a water bottle and coffee cup. It's comfortable to wear as a rucksack to protect my back and easy to lift with the handles. It's a lovely dove grey colour and seems very sturdy and capable of carrying all my heavy equipment around school. My only complaint is that the shape of the main opening makes it a little tricky to zip up but, overall, its a great buy at a great price!

The first time I used this bag was on a trip to Barcelona. We went for 5 nights and I somehow managed to fit everything in this one bag - no cabin or hold luggage! Like the bag I had before it (which was almost identical to this one, but this one has some upgrades) I call this my Mary Poppins bag, as you can fit an insane amount in it. The zip broke on the last one I had because of wear and tear. I used it every day for years! Though I was sad to witness its demise, this one is bigger and better with more exterior and interior pockets. I especially love the two side pockets which are mega spacious and fit multiple items: you can easily fit a 500ml water bottle and umbrella in just one of them. Shockingly, it hasn't rained in the UK for weeks - apart from a couple of nighttime showers - so I can't comment on how waterproof it is, but the material looks good. Honestly worth every penny, and it's a lovely colour that goes with everything too.

This is my commute-to-work bag. It's very comfortable on the shoulders, its waterproof, has great design, lovely colour, has many very convenient pockets for storing computer, A4 format papers, lunch (not a separate compartment, but enough room within the main body of the bag), storage for pens/notes, cosmetics etc, and outside pockets for water bottle/umbrella. And probably much more that I am not using yet ;) I recommend this bag for purchase, it's really good.
