This Keurig is an attractive space saver. It is sleek and fits into small spaces. I purchased the white to match an electric tea kettle (Hazel Quinn) I also found on Amazon. The two make a great and attractive coffee/tea station. The coffee isn’t as hot as the older Keurig but easy to heat in a microwave. The water reservoir holds quite a bit of water and is easily refillable. The only criticism I have is this is the second one I have purchased in two years. The other just stopped working. I then bought a refurbished one and it didn’t work at all..lol. Amazon refunded my money and I just bought this one. They have changed so much from the old big and bulky style. If you want a new updated look to your kitchen…get this model.

This is a great coffee maker it doesn’t take up much counter space and brews a great cup of coffee

Works well, looks good, minimizes counter and storage space. The multi-tip water jets that shoot the water into the pod are a concern. Usually, Keuregs have 1 thingy up top that pokes a hole into the top of the pod. This has 4 or 5. That makes it difficult to close (it feels like you're doing it wrong), and it seems to be less compatible with the new Amazon pods that don't have the full plastic casing, as these don't stand up to the puncturing process because they don't get squeezed concurrently between the upper and lower puncturers. We'll see how long this lasts. I do like having no internal reservoir. I bought this for a cottage, so it sits for long periods with no use, and I didn't want water sitting in there. It still brews almost instantly, so having to heat the water doesn't seem to slow it down.

This is the second one of this make and model we have purchased. We love it!

Broke in under 2 years

This works as well as our last one. I loved the color. I will say there are 2 cons: it doesn't go smaller than 8 oz, and it doesn't have a strong option. I really like the way it takes up a small space on my counter. It's nice to have it come foward far enough lifting the handle to put in a Kcup doesn't hit the cabinet, all the while taking up less space in my kitchen. The water tank is nice and easily refilled. We are happy with this machine.

My Keurig coffee machine arrived this morning and it most definitely does work in the UK, although it does have an American plug on it. If the previous UK poster had read the information further down, they would have noticed that it states that it works on 110 volts, which means it will have an American plug on it. The day before, I purchased a step-down transformer from Amazon. The Keurig is 1200 watts, so I purchased a 2000 watt transformer. I plugged it all in and made some coffee and it worked perfectly. It is a great little machine that works in the UK.

Even though Keurig offered me a 50% discount on their reg. price for this item, it was less expensive to purchase through Amazon. Nice, quick, and easy to set up. Nightmare dealing with Keurig, but they no longer make the M K Cup part and told me Amazon's would not fit. In this case not completely up front whatsoever.

I ordered this coffee maker so I could have the same machine as I do in USA. Unfortunately it is not disclosed anywhere in the listing that this machine has USA plug and voltage. I purchased a grounded adapter and when I plugged it in it blew the machine. This item should not be sold in the UK.

For this being a USED Keurig Coffee Machine, it came really clean and looked never Used! Works fast to brew a cup of coffee but the 10oz option only gives me a half a Mug! It has 5 puncture points, to get the most from a Pod. I have yet to try all 3 features of sizes, but I will probably stick to 12oz in the morning and 10oz later in the day. It's true to White color and has a large reservoir for water. I'm happy with this purchase!

I love giving good honest reviews and im sad to say this machine was a bust. I had originally bought this product in black. I've always heard good things about keurig! Unfortunately about 6 months after buying the machine, it started to have issues. It either would not dispense the full cup of coffee or it just would not dispense at all, regardless of whether I chose the 8 oz, the 10 oz or the 12 oz options. You had to reopen the lid and repress the cup size that you wanted and after a while it just stopped dispensing at all. I had always done the descaling process when the machine prompted. Unfortunately, after a bit of this fiddling and troubleshooting the machine just died. Now - I am one for giving second chances so I bought this same machine again. This time I bought it in red and again, in 4 or 5 months the same problem started happening. I am currently at the point where in order to have a cup of coffee you need to press the button, put down the lid, wait for it to not work, open the lid, put it down and repress the button. I am very disappointed with the Keurig brand as like I've said; I've always heard really great things. I will not buy this or any other keurig product again. Love the concept, hate the short lifespan.
