I can only get 3 blue lights to show up even after charging. What do I do?

If it's a new unit, try draining the battery all the way, keep the flashlight on along with everything else until completely dead. Then try charging it via solar or power cord, newer systems require a full drain and recharge before first use, however, this is not mentioned in the instructions. If this does not do the trick, you might have defective unit.

When the one remaining battery meter light blinks, what does that mean? And, it says not to let the battery drain too low--How do I know when that is?
