My husband is 5 ft 11inches 230pounds. He usually wears a xl. Should I order his usual size or go up a size to 2xl??

I have attached a video of the size chart. I ordered my husband Large and he is 165 lbs and 5’9”. So I think I would probably up the size to 2XL unless of course you feel otherwise once you review the chart. Amazon has great easy returns if you don’t like something, and then you could order what you want if it doesn’t work out. Hope that’s helpful!

What is the differnce between 7", 7" Simple, and 7" Basic?

7" Simple has no zipper pocket, 7" Basic has zipper pocket.

What waist size is a 4 XL?

The info. chart shows that 2xl is for waists 50-52 but doesn’t give info. on waists bigger. I’m assuming they don't make shorts for waists bigger than that.

Do these come in a 5" size?

You have to go through the list carefully. You can get 5 inch in certain sizes and colors....not many choices. I think medium in light gray and black. I don't like long or baggy and I find 7 inch are fine.
