100% Pure Vegetable Glycerin - 1 Gallon (128 fl oz) - NOT from Palm - Natural Food Grade Skincare, Haircare, DIY Crafts - Softening & Moisturizing Multipurpose Humectant

I purchased this specifically as an ingredient for non-alcoholic cocktails, and it's been a great addition to my home bar. One thing that's often missing from mocktails is mouthfeel. Alcohol contributes more than just flavor to a drink—it also adds body and texture. When you remove it, many otherwise well-made NA cocktails end up tasting thin, watery, or more like juice than an actual cocktail. That's where glycerin comes in. Used in small amounts, it adds body and richness without significantly affecting the flavor of the drink. The result is a more substantial mouthfeel that helps bridge the gap between a mocktail and the full-strength version it's trying to emulate. What I like: * neutral flavor * excellent for improving mouthfeel * easy to incorporate into drinks * versatile ingredient * good value for the amount provided I'll admit this is probably not an ingredient most people keep in their kitchen. When I decided to explore more non-alcoholic cocktail options, though, I approached it the same way I approach any food project: if I'm going to do it, I want to do it properly. As a bit of a kitchen and food-science nerd, I enjoy experimenting with ingredients that improve the final product, even if they're not commonly used at home. My wife thinks it's a little strange that I keep glycerin on hand for cocktails, but to me it makes a noticeable difference. If you're simply mixing juice and soda, you probably don't need this. But if you're trying to build genuinely convincing alcohol-free cocktails with the texture and drinking experience of the real thing, glycerin is absolutely worth experimenting with. The product itself has been exactly what I needed, and it's become one of those niche ingredients that I now keep stocked specifically for beverage projects.

This vegetable glycerin works perfectly for making snow globe tumblers. The consistency is just right—it suspends glitter beautifully without being too thick or too thin, which is exactly what you want for smooth movement. The clarity is excellent, so it doesn’t cloud the tumbler or dull the sparkle. I also appreciate that it’s 100% vegetable glycerin with no additives or fillers. The quality really shows in how clean and easy it is to work with. A little goes a long way, and this bottle has lasted me quite a while even with multiple projects, which makes it a great value for crafters. It pours easily, mixes well, and performs consistently every time. If you make snow globes, tumblers, or other craft projects that require glycerin, this is a reliable option to keep on hand.

Works great. Great uses

Great

I have tried other Vegetable Glycerin in the past and I find this is one of the best! Seriously. I love how it makes the skin feel. There is no tacky or sticky feeling. I use this mainly for making homemade foaming soaps, and it leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft. I have used this neat as well, and it nicely moisturizes dry heels and hands. It is clear without that cloudy appearance with some glycerin's and there is no funny, or "off" odors. I highly recommend this product for anyone who likes to do DYI recipes and are in need of a great vegetable glycerin.

I needed some vegetable glycerin for my DIY skincare routine, so I decided to try this one. It arrived exactly as described—clear, odorless, and with a good consistency. I’ve used it to mix with my lotions and it works just like I expected. It’s a good quality product and serves its purpose well. I'm happy with this purchase.
