Is it plus-size-friendly?

I'd say it depends. With a puffy coat and I'm a size 10 (I wear mine cross-body) I have about 4 inches of space left to loosen it.

Does this bag have card slots?

Sort of. It has 2 mesh pockets inside that are large enough to fit credit cards, keys, etc. and the back of the bag has a larger flat zip compartment large enough for a passport. But no slots like you’d see in a typical wallet.

What is the width of the strap? Has anyone found a belt extender that will fit the clip on this bag?

The is 8 inches in length and 6 1/4 in width. It's not as big as you think on site but I love it. It carries my phone, chapstick, card folder/ bank cards. I sling it cross-body on me.
