POOR PACKAGING LABELING
OMG where do I start!! There are 3 boxes, make sure have room outside so you can lay out every piece. 3 boxes you figure that it’s assembled in phases. NOPE!! You need to lay out all 3 boxes content to find every part! The pieces are not all labeled with numbers and the screws are not labeled either so you guess which takes lots of time and if you happen to use the wrong screw it cracks the wood! This is poorly labeled and packaged and is NOT user friendly also make sure you have a cookout with all the neighbors because that’s how many it take to find the right pieces and assemble!!! NOT A GOOD BUY!!!!! 2 days to but together!!!RespectfullyDONE!!

Pretty, once assembled
We like the look of this assembled loft. We did not enjoy assembling it. It took 2 adults 6+ hours to assemble (with lots of patience & ibuprofen) and thankfully there were 2 sets of instructions. There were NO extra pieces, so if you miscount or lose one you will not have enough. Prior to assembly, make sure you have enough space to unpack 3 boxes of pieces. We used power tools to help, 2 Allen keys are provided & only using that would have made our assembly even slower. When starting to assemble it, make sure you have enough space to put it together. Some of our pieces (~5) were missing their designated stickers so unpacking all 3 boxes & laying out each piece in alphabet order helped us when trying to idenify unmarked pieces. At the front of the instructions for assembly there is a picture of the entire unit & all the assembly pieces labeled. We found that helpful if you begin to wonder why something is the way it is or what is supposed to look like overall. Once some pieces are assembled it gets heavy. We assembled some in another room & just carried smaller pieces into the room. Once the individual pieces for the stairs were put together, we assembled the stairs in the room. The quality of the wood (MDF & pine) remains to be seen but initially the predrilled holes were good. Our kid may/may not be too rough on it, so we'll see about long term usability.

Only for the determined
So I saw previous reviews that said the directions weren’t clear. I think they are typical directions. However the boxes are packed with what fits. Not with any logic. Box 1 doesn’t have stuff for the first step except item A. Best thing I did was separate all the pieces alphabetically in the garage. That made my whole Life easier. Took me about 12 hrs to do it myself. Yes. Myself. The only thing I wish it had was covers for all the screws that are exposed. But my 11yo daughter loves her new lift bed and it’s super sturdy. Would buy again. But wouldn’t build it again. lol.

Lasted a few months before started breaking
Advertised to hold up to 350 lbs but my 13 year old is way less than that. I bought it when we moved to our new house last year. By Christmas we were having issues but reached out to seller and were expecting replacement parts back in stock for April. April came and went, reached out with updated photos asking for ETA. Seller was very unresponsive even when Amazon reached out. Eventually after almost 3 months of back and forth they told me it wasn't a defect but product misuse and they refuse to honor warranty or send replacement parts. They refused a refund or anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! Not only will they lie to you and scam you out of money but they are using a different company's name in their account. The support number they have provided Amazon is to the other company who has never heard of them. When you report issues they will modify item postings to remove warranty information or hide the information you reported is problematic. They will agree to assist you with legitimate issues then lead you on for months until you can no longer do a return through Amazon and lose your money.

Poor Quality
Very poor quality. My child weighs 72 lbs and it's already breaking. Also it's ONLY primed and not painted which means it absorbs everything and won't clean. Would not recommend!! Customer service is giving me the runaround for over a month and counting..

It’s very sturdy
This review is written by my 17 yr old daughter. Her and her 13 yr old sister built it with minimal guidance from me.This product is very sturdy and nice, one part came in wrong but it wasn’t a very important part so I wasn’t too worried about it in the end, the desk part between the bed isn’t as tall as it looks in the picture but, to me it was what I expected. Overall this product is very nice and you have to pay CLOSE attention to everything and how it goes when you build this thing. Make sure you check the pieces and parts in and compare them to the instruction booklet. It took me 15 hours to build this whole thing with my sister but we did it and it was a lot of fun.

Looks great
Took a long time to put together, about 5-6 hours. It only comes with one Allen key, so you'll need more, if more than one person is working on it. You also need a screwdriver or 2. A couple pieces were mislabeled, we were able to figure them out. It looks great though! My teenager has a regular desk chair with wheels and she has 5-6 inches above her head when sitting. Perfect for her room, still let's a lot of light under the bed to see at the desk.
