Even for a small dog, this shirt runs smaller then normal, so be sure to purchase by the measurement guidelines, not by size. Warm sweater, arm holes are a bit tight to try to get those little paws through. The material is great, my doggo has a doggy door so goes outside whenever she feels like it. She roughhouses with our other dogs, and so far, no pulled strings, rips, tears, snags, etc. There's also been fluffy and wet snow here on the ground the past few days and this sweater does a good job of not soaking in all the moisture. I'm sure if she were to lay in a puddle or play in the rain it'd be a little different, but it's good at repelling water on the most basic of levels.Just sad they don't come in bigger sizes for my two boys.

This is a really cute shirt for my small terrier/poodle mix dog. I call it a shirt b/c it is not a sweater or yarn like woven material that most sweaters are made of. It is a cotton shirt and very soft. She is 10.5 lbs but she has a long body so the shirt is a little short on her backside but still cute. I probably could have gone up one size as well. So if you are not sure what size to get I would go up one size then normal. The arms are longer and tighter then most dog sweaters so keep that in mind also when purchasing for your fur baby.

Bought med sweaters for my small dachshunds due to reviews stating sweaters run small. Usually they were sm or xsmall.Med is too small. Return policy cost almost as much as sweaters! When I first clicked on it says not returnable. Since with Amazon Prime shipping is free I didn’t hesitate to order thinking return would be free also! Too bad. Some of the other merchandise looked cute.

Got a medium for my minpin/dachshund mix who’s 11 pounds and was so happy with it I purchased another for my 13 pound dachshund. The large one fit him. Both fit perfectly and I was very impressed with the fabric quality.

Ordered this one after reading all the nice reviews, it arrived today and I was so excited... But The material is stiff and smell terrible. I have a 8lb maltepoo and she usually wears XS, I ordered M but still too tight on her

These are wonderful dog sweaters. They do run small. Purchase one size up. They are very nice. My dogs are under 8 lbs. and I purchased the M size and they fit great. They are so nice I purchased 2 more.

I purchased a small for my Schnoodle and it does run too small. She still wears it though but it doesn't cover her as well as the picture. The quality is good and I'd buy it again, but buy a size larger than you intend for a better fit.

Fit our 12# Shih Tzu. It keeps riding up on the back. I'm guessing the back was folded up when stored and shipped. It's fine. But maybe I should have ordered a medium to allow for a tad more room for her AND MAAAAYBE it would lay flat?? Nice material, however
