Very good Quality easy to swallow

It's a marvellous supplement to take specially with vitamin D3. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because Solgar (the company) is constantly putting the prices up and charge £9.00 for delivery. Solgar was excellent for about 5 years but now (2023 and 2024) has changed massively. It's not thinking about the loyalty of some customers just ripping them off.

I’ve tried a few reputable B-complex vitamin supplements. The Solgar is by far the least invasive re: offensive sulfur smell. Perhaps because of the ingredients are in an encapsulated form. Carlson’s gels by contrast, though non-vegan, have the pungent aroma but their ease of swallowing trumps many options on the market. While I do my best to purchase vegan supplements whenever possible, Carlson’s products had me feeling a bit on the higher-energy side. Obviously there’s no scientific evidence to substantiate my claim. I do know however the way different products make me feel. If only Carlson got rid of the gelatinous ingredients I’d be a customer for life. That said - Solgar is a solid vegan alternative when it comes to getting those essential nutrients our bodies need.

EXCELLENT QUALITY. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!. I bought one bottle of Solgar B complex vitamins, Amazon charged and sent me two bottles.. I called company and they refunded me for one bottle, also told me to keep both bottles..LOVE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I haven't noticed a large increase in energy, but they were easy to swallow, left no after taste, are digestible and the value of the vegetable capsules was good.

This is my favorite company for supplements! I have worked in this industry for over 20 years and know the difference between each company by their products quality. Solgar is number one followed by Twinlab and Nature’s Plus 3rd. I personally prefer dark glass bottles but for people with children, my 3rd choice is Nature’s Plus These 3 companies don’t cut corners for no one unlike Now brand which is a cheap quality.. In the supplement industry, it’s best to pay a little bit more but get the quality stuff that you can trust. Unfortunately they are not regulated and they can say anything on the bottle which is a shame and consequently until they get regulated like other meds, go with the quality you know not the price like buy 1 get one free or half price because mostly you are paying for junk and they are far from safe!!
