How long will a 60g last? i have an 3kg dog

We have a Chihuahua and Chihuahua X who love these. We use them as treat/special rewards. We tend to give 1-2 depending on the situation. Obviously the length of time a bag will last, depends on how frequently you intend to use them. 
We needed to really control dental issues (we adopted both dogs as seniors & with major dental problems which need medical intervention first), so we now use Plaque Off Dental Care Bones daily.

One "bone" can be divided in half and are given at 1pm. The results have been amazing & the dogs absolutely love them. We also use the original Plaque Off Powder added to the pets' food (dogs & cats). We have been very impressed with the results of all of the products.

The package says for small dogs, but websites say its also for cats. Is it suitable?

There are two difference packets.  One for small dogs and cats.  The other small dogs only.  The one that includes cats is often out of stock so I did use the dogs only one for my cat.  The pieces are larger.  That is the only difference but unless your cat has any teeth missing or dental problems they are fine.  However the price kept going up to ridiculous levels for these so I now buy Plaque X which you sprinkle a small scoop (provided) over wet food once a day.  It lasts for ages, is much cheaper and cat loves it.  Win win all round.

Question 4

I use powder plaque off everyday, can I give her treats in addition to that or is it recommended to use only one of them?

I think you could alternate it powder one day and treats the next but I don’t think you can use both together
