I love these picks/plectrums. Plenty of cool colours and they are well made at a great price, so why only 4 stars? Well when i order something i like the item to be as described, but unfortunately on this occasion they are not, just as some other reviewers pointed out. I should get 8 of each size as advertised, as i have on most, but the 0.71 picks i got 10 pieces and the 0.84 picks i got 6 pieces. I know its nothing to moan about as its only a small difference, but its the fact its been pointed by others with huge differences in numbers. So i can only assume the quality control on these picks/plectrums is not quite up to scratch. However, as i stated at the start, they are great quality, made well and the colours are great.

At the time of writing this review the price of this product was: £5.99 The colours you receive will likely be different depending on your luck but here we go: The Plectrums come loose in a likely recycled Mint-tin (good use for them). When first opening the tin you'll notice a very specific and strong smell, many have called this bleach but its actually the smell of "Celluloid" which is a mix of Nitrocellulose and Camphor the smell is so strong because these likely come straight off the production line and so never had time to air out, its fine wash them if you really want to but it shouldn't cause you any problems as long as you keep celluloid under 150°C, Older guitar players will know this smell right away I'd hope. With the smell questions out of the way, what do you get? You get 8 plectrums of each thickness in a random assortment of colours for a total 48 plectrums. The thicknesses of these will be: 0.46mm, 0.58mm, 0.71mm, 0.84mm, 0.96mm and 1.2mm I will attach a picture showing exactly what I received. All in all, they're pretty standard for the price and I don't think you can go wrong with these assuming the production doesn't change too much.

I am very pleased with this item. I was very impressed at how quickly they came and the quality of the guitar plectrums themselves are very good quality with nice colours and patterns. The price is excellent for the quantity and quality and the case is a nice little addition which is sturdy enough and a great size. I only put 0/5 stars for durability as more of a N/A, because I just received them, but as for now I'd give 5/5. The only downside, if I was looking for one, is that I would prefer a more varied colour range in each thickness e.g. the 0.96 thickness came 5/8 in white and 3 other colours, whereas the other thicknesses came in 1 or 2 of each colour. Overall, I'm very pleased and would definitely buy again from this company. Thank you!

Amazing! Varied thickness, beautiful colours and a tin to store them in, what more could you want. Reasonably priced very happy with this order! Always losing them can take them in guitar case everywhere now. Only thing I'd say is be nice if the tin shut a little harder as I've had a couple of messes when it's opened a little too easy.

My grandson is forever misplacing his picks, or when he visits, forgets to bring some so I bought these so that i always had some on hand. I don’t know much about guitar picks but they sure look nice and come in a really handy little tin. My grandson seemed happy with them so I guess they re good and were excellent value. I paid as much for just a tin a while back and this one came with 20 or 30 picks. Great buy

This was the 2nd order I placed for this product. Second order had small box and it's difficult to open and when you do the picks spill out too easily.

I'm new to the electric bass, and prefer to play with my fingers, but to get the attack and speed I'm looking for I've got to become comfortable with picking technique. Unsure of what thickness I was looking for, this assortment allows me to try a lot of everything. All advertised guages were present (.46, .58, .71, .84, .96, and 1.2mm) in a nice candy-colored and turtleshell style. A half dozen sizes to experiment with, well labeled and handsomely colored, with at least seven of each size. Packed in a nice protective tin, great for the student and a kind gift for those already playing. Excellent price too :)
