How is the retinol on sensitive skin?

Very gentle, and I have the world's most reactionary skin.

How is this better than eucerin q10 anti-wrinkle face cream ? q10 is working well for my sensitive skin; will retinol help w/ wrinkles?

I don’t know but I bought this product at Walgreens and it works really good. The texture of my skin has really smoothed out. You can see the difference right away.

Should you use moisturizer on top of this cream?

No. This cream is a moisturizer. No need for anything else.
