I love this! It keeps my coffee or tea hot on the patio or in my gardening cart! Wow, it's vacuum sealed, and it really pops when you open to pour - so it's truly spill-proof and stays hot or cold! I love the size, it's perfect for me and my space!

It's funny reading all of the negative reviews because my experience was so different. I'm not questioning the validity of those reviews; apparently some people got klunkers but the one that I bought works great to keep coffee piping hot for hours.This is ONLY true though if you make sure it's sealed. If there is the tiniest opening, just like a thermos, all of the heat will rapidly escape.One person wrote that the plastic that creates the seal on the top has been flaking off; if that happens, I'll come back and revise my review… I just got the Carafe so I don't know yet how it will hold up overtime. But so far honestly I have no complaints.

The item is described as stainless steel, however the handle, lid, and spout are all cheap chrome plated plastic. Returning.

I bought this for the office. It works really well. Keeps the creamer cold. Doesn’t drip when pouring.

I like how it looks and it performs reasonably well. It seems to keep things hot. My only concern is the lid doesn't lock down; it's only held down by friction. Hot liquids will make the air space expand, build up pressure and pop open the lid. It's an audible pop, so if you don't pay attention and reseal that could make the drink cool down quicker. I'd also advise to exercise caution when opening the carafe with hot liquids inside.

While this is a very nice looking Carafe, it does leak when pouring. It does an average job of keeping the liquids warm.

Great for use with my French Press coffee maker. Coffee stays hot for hours!I also used it as a dispenser for cream at a picnic…7 hours in 85 degree Fahrenheit sun and the cream was still cold at cleanup.Very nice product.

I’m a little sick of the difficulty in making sure things are as they say on product descriptions. First of all this product looks fine but there was nothing in the box but the product wrapped in plastic. No identifying markings or information on the item in the box. Says sketchy and maybe cheap to me. No markings on the pot to indicate where it is made or the type of steel. I guess that’s why it was under $20.Finally, the product should state it is stainless steel, silicone and plastic. When you read about the item on Amazon, it does mention that it has a silicone sealer on the cap. What it does not say is that the handle and the top which screws on and off is plastic. A very light and cheap feeling plastic at that. Sorry, but I just don’t trust it and I am returning it. To be fair the main container where the coffee will be is all apparently steel although there’s no markings on it to indicate what kind of steel. My problem is the product description not indicating that there is a plastic on this item as well, especially as it’s advertised as a stainless steel coffee decanter.

This is a very basic thermal carafe for hot stuff and works very well with coffee. It's nice looking, very light , and easy to use. My only real criticism would be for the lid that seals the carafe, but it is very minor; the lid can get in the way of filling.Given the price and the size this was the best one I could find and that includes going out to my local discount stores. I've been using it several times a week and it hasn't let me down yet.

Poor quality no sign of the manufacturer neither in box of in item itself.Item is not recommended not waste your money.

Leaks. The rim of the carafe was sharp/dented in one area which damaged the seal and caused it to leak every time your poured. In the process of returning.
