Excellent Anolini Stamp
Cuts and seals every piece with every cut. Simple ricotta-stuffed anolini has become my favorite pasta. Just spread ricotta cheese on a flat sheet of thin pasta and cover with another sheet. Press firmly, and you have perfectly cut and sealed anolini. I have made it several times, and have cut dozens of anolini without a failure.

Attrezzo fatto molto bene.
Attrezzo eccezionale, fatto bene con materiali ottimi. Lo usiamo per i cappelletti parmigiani e con questo attrezzo abbiamo migliorato la qualità e la velocità di esecuzione. Ottima la molla che spinge fuori il cappelletto appena fatto. Consigliato.

Stampo per Anolini LA GONDOLA
Ottimo attrezzo; di ottima fattura. un consiglio: poiché l'impasto è già ripieno ( non avrebbe senso utilizzare questo attrezzo per fare cerchietti di pasta "vuota") converebbe avere una striscia di pasta su misura nel mio caso, ho tagliato strisce della lunghezza che più si vuole e larghe 8-9 cm. In pratica, piego la pasta in due nel senso della larghezza ( solo per avere il segno senza premerla troppo) quindi farcisco la metà con l'impasto che più mi aggrada ( ottimo porcini- saltati e frullati - ricotta e parmigiano) chiudo con l'altra metà premo un attimo poi la taglio con lo stampo. si evita di buttare via troppa pasta e ripieno.
