Gels are always Good - Tropical 10/10
SIS Gels are the best out there currently. So of course these are brill... to Speak more to the Flavour - Tropical flavour is top tier. Purchased the Blackcurrant too, which is hit 'n' miss for some, but I think its good, especially if on a deal.

Gentle on the tummy
SIS gels are a bit thicker than some others, but I really like this flavour, the tropical flavour perks me up. There can be a bit fiddly to open, particularly if you've got sweaty hands, but with a bit of practice, they are absolutely fine. They work really well for me

Great price - will not give you superpowers.
Got these on prime day at a great price and have used them for a while for half marathons. Won't make you into superman but clears your mind and puts a bit more energy into your legs, which when they run out of steam you'll wish you had some.

Due date!!
Unbelievable, so i buy this for my 2021 long runs, hence the volume of the package, received it yesterday 6 jan 2021 with due date to be used by end of feb 2021!!!! I would've expected at least 6 months due date!!

Ma première fois sur ce produit, mais les review sur internet ne laisse pas de doute, c'est un très bon produit. Niveau goût je m'attendais à pire, en faite c'est bon (goût tropical) . Ça s'avale très facilement. Pendant la course. Facile à emporté et ça marche très bien. J'ai n'ai pas de point négatif sur ce produit. Ça contient 60ml et 22g de carbohydrates
