Great quality pad, moving from a cheap offbrand one. rebound is amazing, very similar to a real snare. It feels great to practice on without all the noise. And overall just looks great!

This was a great pad obviously good quality and sturdy materials/build, but it was a little small for a beginner tbh, especially a clumsy one like me! so was returned. I suspect it'd be fab for practice on the move as it's small enough for luggage/work bags etc. Probably come back to this one when my skills improve :)

Very good to practice: good response and very durable. Only be careful to the dimension it is very little, check if it suitable for you.

This pad is very sturdy. I play with the most heavy sticks I could find in the shop and I play within all dynamic range. So yes, I do not caress the pad. And it doesn't unscrew, ever. I had a Meinl pad, but it was a total waste of money. I couldn't make it sit on the stand. The nut eventually just fell out, and even though I glued it in, it continued to unscrew. This pad is as good as my 12" Vic Firth pad, but quiter. Also smaller size challenges you for better coordination.

This is my first practice pad , I chose the smallest 1-sided option because 1 . A smaller pad will help you practice precision & accuracy 2 . I'm not in a marching band , I'm a head drummer for my church , so I only need 1 side that feels like a snare drum so I can practice rudiments . The volume is great , it's very quiet , even at night when everyone's sleeping . The feel is so satisfying , the rebound is great .The anti-slip material on the bottom works great , it never slips for me . Seems to be sturdy , it's of very high-quality material .
