This is not Gluten Free
This is not gluten free, it is made with wheat and says so clearly in the ingredients. It should not be referenced in the gluten free section. It is good flour if you are not coeliac.

It makes great bread and it's organic which means it has not been sprayed with glyphosate 5 days before harvest to dry it out.

This flour made an excellent sourdough loaf with great texture and delicious flavour. The flour has a short shelf life, so you’ll want to use it quickly. And it’s a bit too expensive.

I received a damaged product and because of a no return policy I cannot return it. I understand that food cannot be return, but this is ridiculous. The product came open and I cannot get my money back.
