Definitely a Testosterone boost, I recommend! Ive been taking only 1 a day along with Vitamin Code Raw One for Men and I feel results. Noticing improvement in strength, sexual desire, and focus., although I dont feel an energy boost. So both together, once a day. I do excercise once a week for 2.5 hours, weight lifting and Cardio. I would say the boost varies daily between 15%-50%. But again, Im only taking 1 a day, not the 2 a day it has on directions. Either way its a noticeable improvement and happy with results, Hope this helps!

Beware of potential allergic reaction
Took this supplement for about a year. Generally felt a bit more vigorous. But after a year, I started having an allergic reaction around my eyes, dry skin and itchy. The reaction cleared up quickly once I stopped taking it.

I’ve been taking these supplements for a little while, and they’ve really helped boost my energy. they’re made with natural herbs, which I love, and I definitely notice a difference when I take them consistently. If you often feel tired or low on energy, this might be worth trying, but of course, everyone’s body is different
