Given as present but I believe its been durable in the last year. Clear easy to read, easy to wash and store.

Glass lost its markings within 3months. Maybe used 8-12 times. Shockingly bad for ‘measurement markings’ to be washed off

It's pretty good. It does what it says it does and has loads of different measuring types / levels etc on it. The only bad thing i can say about this is that some of the markings have washed off. I only hand wash things so I've had to be extra careful with washing this incase I wash off all the numbers / words. Its a decent size, can measure and hold lots of different things, very tough and sturdy glass and the letters ( the ones that haven't washed off at least) are pretty easy to read and understand.

I'm really pleased I chose this measure even though it was a leap of faith as there were no reviews. It doesn't say in the description, which is a bit of a bloomer, that it measures flour, which is the most important one as far as I'm concerned. It also measures, rice, ground almonds, grated cheese, custard powder,dried fruit etc American as well as English cups and fluids. It's about the same size as a drinking tumbler but made of thicker glass and is microwave safe. The first time of using it was for making bread, the flour and fluid were measured using this glass which was a good test of it's accuracy for me and the bread turned out very well indeed. I'm really pleased with this little gizmo and the bonus is it only taking a quick wash and dry and doesn't take up much space in the cupboard. Edit: After reading the other reviews I'd like to add that I've only ever hand washed the measure and never left it to soak.

Absolutely Not dishwasher safe, the markings melted off.

I am a terrible cook and struggle to find inspiration however I have found that the NY Times Cooking app is brilliant but I have issues with the measurements being in US measures - I bought this so that I didn’t have to do the conversion and I could just use the recipes as printed! I bought 2 of these - 1 for dry ingredients and 1 for wet ingredients and they are perfect for this purpose! They also have UK measures so are completely flexible!
