Broken zip bag replaced
The zip is broken after using only 4 times very disappointing because it is a very nice bag I got in touch with them and they replaced it free of charge very satisfied with them it is a lovely bag

Did not really fit my laptop when other items were in there.
Quite a nice bag. I used for work. There is a central zip pocket which is great to separate bits but there is not a lot of other storage. The little bag it comes with is great. I did have to replace as I was unable to fit my work laptop in with other bits like lunch, charger etc. it also gets very heavy and the straps started to wear but I did have a lot of weight in it. The fabric is nice, a water resistant material. Looked very neat and liked the protectors on the bottom. The actual bag was quite durable. I think it is good for a school bag or where you do not need to transport a heavy laptop along with other bits.
