So Good I Convinced All My Friends to Buy It. Waterproof & Amazing Quality! 📸💦
I’ve inspired all my friends to get this camera and for good reason. This camera is seriously amazing from top to bottom. The quality is super clear and crisp, whether you’re taking photos or videos, and it captures every detail perfectly. One of my favorite features is that it’s waterproof, which makes it perfect for trips, beach days, pool days, and any kind of adventure without having to worry about damage. It’s easy to use, durable, and feels high-quality in your hands. Every time I use it, someone asks what camera it is, and after seeing the results, they want one too. If you’re looking for a reliable, fun, and versatile camera that actually delivers, this one is 100% worth it.

Meets my expectations
Battery charges quick. 1-2 hrs sufficient charge. Very compact and light. Only 176g. Lighter than my phone. Easy and simple to use. Even the manual mode is very easy. Haven’t tried the WiFi yet. I will update my review accordingly. There are a lot of fun settings to play with. I have been using the ‘dreamy’ effect to get a glowy fuzzy look. Definitely a nice trendy purchase if you don’t want to go through tons of listings on vintage digital cameras on eBay or fb marketplace. Less than $200 and gets the job done. I recommend this camera. Update: 1-2 weeks after my purchase. My flash stopped working. I am getting a replacement.

Terrible Camera, please read my review.
This Kodak Camera is a terrible value. There is a reason 11% of the reviews are currently 1-star ratings. The image quality is objectively terrible. It has the image quality of the original iPhone, maybe even worse! It's not rugged; the plastic quality is absolutely terrible. This must have cost $15-$50 to produce. I've been ripped off. The LCD screen quality is poor. The first red flag is the very limited microSD card capacity at 32GB. This is a major red flag. It's 2026, this $160 camera should at least hold 128GB but honestly it should be holding 256GB. It's not 2016. Its use of Micro USB also shows the extreme cost-cutting done to get this product to market. This product is so bad that I am in fact never purchasing another Kodak product. The KODAK PIXPRO WPZ2 digital camera is sincerely the worst camera I've used in my entire life. KODAK is using their brand name to mislead people who are unfamiliar with electronics/technology. I'm never buying a KODAK product again. The design is appealing. I love the look, the battery system works well and it is waterproof. It does capture images, but if you are willing to spend $160 on a "rugged" camera, please invest a bit more. I did considerable research to find an alternative. A camera that actually meets Kodak's false promises. In my search I discovered that you need to spend around $550 to get a rugged camera which can outclass and outperform your phone's camera. I purchased the OM System TG-7, it's fantastic. I can't think of any scenario where the KODAK PIXPRO WPZ2 would be a good purchase. There are a number of Chinese cameras at a similar price that outperform this if money is your constraint.

Great Little Camera!
This is a FANTASTIC camera! I use it all the time, whether I'm going out with friends, going on a camping trip, or going to Disney World! It takes fantastic photos that look great on Instagram. It's incredibly durable (I've dropped it many times), though I haven't tested its water resistance, other than rain. No issues so far with it dying when I needed it, so the battery life is pretty decent. I would suggest getting a case with it, but regardless, you should totally get this camera!

Broke after 1 1/2 weeks
Camera was pretty great, not amazing quality of photos but I liked that you could take a semi nice underwater pic and a pretty decent above water pic right after- They apparently are very finicky though and break quite easily, mine broke after a week and a half of repeated snorkel/vacation use. The wifi upload is quite nice, very fast. Good for a quick trip but don’t expect it to last.

Great underwater camera
We bought three of these cameras to use snorkeling in the USVI. The cameras worked very well, very happy with our purchase, and plan on buying more. I bought floating wrist straps which are easier to use while in the water than the ones that the cameras come with: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XGWPCV6 At first the sounds that the cameras made were annoying, but we found that they were very useful underwater, since you could hear it turn on/off and could clearly hear a photo being taken. The battery life is ok, a lot of videos or flash photos can drain it. It would be nice if we could easily obtain additional batteries so that we could quickly "recharge". A few things that we learned from them: 1) Make sure that you have the camera close *and* the lock button engaged (red) or the seals will leak and things won't end well 2) Use the underwater scene mode. Much better than cell phones in a bag. 3) We could easily adjust the camera while snorkeling (turning flash on/off, for example) 4) The photos are "ok" out of the camera, if you have good light (the flash helps) then you can have some great shots 5) Lightroom does wonders with the photos from these cameras, I found working with dehaze, clarity, and texture (especially for deeper photos). For me, this ended up adding one star as many of our photos went from meh or toss to "omg thats amazing!" after a few adjustments. 6) For non underwater photos the cameras are ok, nowhere near as good as a cell phone. Would we buy these again? Absolutely, I've already ordered a replacement for the camera which we didn't lock. I'm very happy and looking forwards to taking them on other dives.

Underwater pics were better than I hoped for
Bought this to go snorkeling in the carribean. After reading some reviews and looking at some of the underwater pictures, I was a little apprehensive about buying this camera. Some people said it leaked, but honestly I think they just didn’t have the door closed tightly enough with both latches engaged. If you can read and follow instructions this camera does not leak. When it comes to the pictures, there is an underwater setting. And our pictures turned out fantastic. My only complaint is that it doesn’t vibrate or make any kind of indication that it took a picture. And when you’re snorkeling or diving, you can’t really see the screen very well, so you’re not really sure that the camera is even on. It also annoyingly shuts itself off so I never reallyy knew when the damn thing was on so I think we missed out on some nice shots. But for the price, the quality of the photos that we did get, we were very happy. I look forward to using it on our next snorkeling adventure.
