First class models. They look so realistic, and great value! 2 signal boxes (large and small), a platelayers hut, AND a little shed all in one set. Easy to build (with care) and look superb on my N layout.

Great Kits in 2 Major Gauges
Metcalfe building kits are always good. They are also great fun to build and easy too; best bit is "easy"! Tip: You will get a small white line along the corners of brick buildings, as you can see from the pictures. Make sure you get some orange felt tips to run down this crease and make it blend in. You will need other colour felt tips for the woodwork or other areas, so look carefully and check colour on a piece of blank white paper before applying to the model! ;-)

Delighted with the result
I bought this one by mistake, I should have ordered 00/HO, but since this was my first attempt at a Metcalfe kit, I`d use it as a test bed. Delighted with the result. Have since built another, got the scale right this time (00/HO) and also built the wayside station (PO238) and platform kit (PO235).
