I measured my thighs and they are a 22" but when I put them on they are rolling. Do i return and get the bigger size?

I agree with Cris - it's all about position. They roll if they are even all the way around, but they stretch, so I have them higher on the inside of my thighs where they are needed, and they are lower on the back, because I have found they roll when they are higher in the back. If they roll all around no matter where you position them, then I'd say yes, size up.

Where do you measure your thigh? The thickest part?

Look at the photo of the model to see where the bandalettes are placed. Measure your thigh right in the middle of the bandalettes that will your thickest part and will give you a perfect fit.

Ive had these for two years and the silicone is losing its "stick". How do i fix this?

Hello, please make sure thighs size did not change as most of the time bands don't stay put anymore (roll or slide down) if thighs change circumference due to the sport activities (thigh muscles increase/decrease) or weight change. Silicone usually doesn't loose ability to adhere to the skin over time due to its durability.
